[EN] Left-overs stock recipe


Making time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Total time: 5 minutes



Ingredients:

- Left-over stock (potatoes, carrots and capon or chicken)
- oil
-brandy
- balsamic vinegar
-salt







I cut into pieces carrots and potatoes.






I dress it with oil, balsamic vinegar and salt.




I cut into slices the capon.





I put the capon in a pan and I add oil, salt and after 5 minutes a litlle bit of brandy.
I cook for some minutes.
