Ingredients (4 people):
2 oz (60 g) mozzarella
0.7 oz (20 g) butter
I boiled the potatoes.
I peel off the potatoes,
then I cut them in half lengthwise and I place them on a baking pan.
I pour a little bit of oil, salt andI brush with butter.
I put in the oven at 392 F (200 °C) for 20 minutes.
I scoop out flesh, leaving about a 1/4-inch-thick shell.
I chop into cubes tomatoes and mozzarella.
I combine flesh, mozzarella, tomatoes and parsley.
I fill the potatoes.
I put in the oven for 5 minutes.

Total time: about 30 minutes
Ingredients (2 people):
180 g pasta
200 g smoked salmon
150 ml cooking cream
50 g butter
I chop onion and salmon.
I bring to boil water, then I add salt and pasta.
In a pan I add butter, onion and the salmon chopped into slices... I let it cook for 5 minutes.
Then I add the cream.
I drain pasta and I add it into the pan.
I let it flavour for some minutes.
